Organization The contest is organized by Cyberbotics Ltd. (Switzerland). Eligibility for participation In order to participate in this contest, you must be at least 18 years old and have technical programming education, experience and/or knowledge to program a simulated autonomous robot. The contest is void wherever it is prohibited by law. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. Submission of your entry to the contest By submitting your entry into the contest in your "My Files" section via file upload, you confirm that, to the best of your knowledge: - Your entry is your own original work; and - Your entry only includes material (including music, video and images) that you own, or that you have permission from the owner to use; and - Your entry doesn't include unlawful or offending material (including pornography, defamatory, etc.); and - Your entry doesn't contain any virus, cheating, or hacking code intended at attacking the contest infrastructure or the entry of another contestant. Moreover, you agree that: - Your entry will be used to play the matches of the contest and produce simulation movies that will be published on the web site of the contest; and - Your entry remains your property and won't be disclosed to any third party, including other competitors, without your written authorisation; and- You will be able to update or delete your entry at any time until the end of the contest. Force majeure If any event, including cheating, bug, catastrophe, or any other unforeseen event affects the fairness or integrity of this contest, the organizers reserve the right to cancel, change or suspend the contest at any time. Applicable law This contest is governed by the swiss laws, and you, as a participant, consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the courts of Lausanne, Switzerland for any disputes arising out of this contest.  |
